The importance of the process sits at the fundamental core of The Balli Group’s values. Following a strict organizational guideline is key to prompt delivery and responsible budgeting practices. Our four step process assures that all inefficiencies are eliminated and allows our projects to finish on time and on budget.
Property Procurement
We assist our clients in sourcing, negotiating and acquiring their future home-site based on their specific desires. We also assist in relocating our clients if their desired future home-site is their current dwelling. Throughout this phase we prepare extensive market analyses to advise a competitively priced acquisition / relocation.
Architecture & Interior Design
The Architectural and Interior Design phase of our process allows our clients to sit with our design team, Balli-Trautman Architects, to express their desires, inspirations, design needs and program in accordance with their respective budget. Based on the 20+ years of experience, our team will begin space planning, modeling and preparing a formal presentation to assure all details are accounted for and the home is truly a custom-home. We offer several different levels of customization and design from our basic interior package to a complete turn-key package including custom-design furniture & artwork.
Pre-Construction
While concurrently finalizing the Design phase of the clients home, our Construction Administration team provides our clients with a formalized, realistic budget and timeline for the project.
Construction Management
Construction Management: Our Construction Team assures quality, progress and the budget are monitored and maintained throughout the construction of the project. Our team has several years of experience with all construction types: New Construction, Full-Renovation as well has Historical Renovation. Our meticulous quality control and project management of any project assures our clients a high quality product delivered in a timely manner.
